Main features:

1. Advanced cast iron structure and aging treatment, super stability, reliability, high precision, longer machine life.

2. X axis and Y axis adopt two-axis heavy-duty (roller type) linear guide rail structure.

Forced lubrication is used to reduce motion resistance, avoid crawling at low speed, ensure high accuracy and long machine life.

3. Z-axis adopts four straight and vertical motion guide rail structure.

Dual liquid nitrogen balanced cylinders are used for vertical Z-axis movement to reduce unloading torque and ball screw wear and maintain stability of ball screw accuracy.

4.X/Y/Z axis uses high precision and strength and large pitch ball screw to provide fast feed speed machines.

The servo motor is connected with the ball line to tighten the coupling.

Servo motor directly to the ball wire rod to ensure the machine excellent positioning accuracy.

5. Ball screw adopts pretensile structure, which reduces the furthest precision deformation due to heat.

6. Taiwan brand spindle unit, high speed, high precision, good rigidity.
