Main features:

1. Advanced cast iron structure and aging treatment, super stability, reliability, high precision and longer machine life.

2, X, Y axis adopts two axis heavy load (roller type) linear guide structure.

Forced lubrication is used to reduce motion resistance, avoid crawling at low speed, and ensure high precision and long service life of the machine.

3, Z axis adopts four linear guide rail structure, vertical movement.

Dual liquid nitrogen balancing cylinders are used for vertical movement of the Z axis to reduce unloading torque and ball screw wear and maintain the accuracy and stability of the ball screw.

4.X/Y/ Z axis adopts high precision and strength and large pitch ball screw, which can provide the machine with fast feed speed.

The servo motor is connected to the ball screw through a coupling.

The servo motor delivers power directly to the ball screw to ensure excellent positioning accuracy.

5. Ball screw adopts pretensile structure to reduce the accuracy of the furthest change due to thermal deformation.
