TXC series EPDM rubber + PTFE laminated layer: PTFE sheet layer (0.5mm thickness) is glued to EPDM rubber by high adhesive water, which requires higher bond strength and reliability of PTFE sheet layer (harder) +EPDM rubber (to avoid degluing and two-layer separation bubbling), and the overall diaphragm sheet is harder, which requires higher mechanical structure and motor power, relatively larger heat output, and higher heat dissipation. Therefore, the bearing mechanical structure has been strengthened, and the motor has also been treated with heat dissipation through the hole. The advantages are that the PTFE thin layer (0.5mm thickness) is thicker than the PTFE coating, and the large volume of gas condensate in industrial applications will have more advantages.
