Double Focusing Hot Surface Ionization Mass Spectrometer (DF-TIMS) Based on the team's years of experience in the research and design of magnetic mass spectrometers, combined with the latest technological advances, a double-focused hot Surface ionization mass spectrometer (DF-TIMS) for high-precision isotope ratio analysis has been developed. The instrument offers excellent linearity and stability, providing reliable test data from elements Li to U.

Product features:

1. Magnetoelectric double focusing: breaking through traditional thinking, it is the first thermal mass spectrometer using magnetic-electric double focusing mass analyzer. The additional electrostatic analyzer not only overcomes the influence of accelerated high-voltage ripple, but also enhances the system stability, showing extremely excellent performance in actual sample analysis.

2. High-precision measurement: As a mass spectrometer for high-precision isotope ratio measurement, DF-TIMS can fully meet the analytical needs of various fields. In the measurement of Sr, Nd and other isotope ratios, the measurement precision can reach ppm level.

3. Automatic analysis: DF-TIMS ion source can accommodate up to 21 stations single/double filament sample tape, the motor with absolute value encoder can precisely control the position of each sample tape, with ion lens parameters automatically tuned, can achieve automatic sample analysis.

Technical indicators:

1. Vacuum: ion source 5e-8 mbar (cold trap); Analysis chamber 5e-9 mbar;

2. Abundance sensitivity: 2ppm without blocking filter; The filter with block is 5ppb;

3. Faraday Cup amplifier performance: dynamic range 0-50V (positive and negative ion mode); Noise 20μVrms(11 power high resistance, 4s integral); Baseline drift 1e-16 A/h;

4. Ion counter performance: counting noise 10cpm; Detection efficiency 90%;

5. Accuracy: Internal accuracy RSE < 5ppm (Sr, Nd), external accuracy RSD < 5ppm (Sr, Nd);

6. Stability: magnetic field stability is better than ±25 ppm/min; System stability is better than ±30 ppm/min;

7. Receiver mass dispersion range: 17% (ZOOM lens).
