Product Introduction

Gas vacuum and recharging devices are mainly used in power supply companies, power transmission and transformation engineering companies, power plants, ultra-high voltage transmission and substations, SF6 electrical switch manufacturing plants and other departments, as auxiliary equipment used in the installation, adjustment and maintenance of GCBP, GCBT, GIS and other SF6 electrical products. The device is used to vacuum and recharge SF6 gas operation for the above electrical products, and this device can also be used as a vacuum and recharge gas equipment for other departments.

It is suitable for circuit breakers, transformers, GIS and other electrical equipment to vacuum and recharge SF6 gas.

•Air-cooled oil-type rotary vane pump is adopted, small size, light weight, no oil smoke, low noise, long life, and anti-oil return protection when suddenly stopped.

•For electrical equipment, SF6 cylinders, and the device's own pipeline system, provide 2~4~6 vacuum interfaces (or increase according to demand).

• Fill or refill SF6 gas-insulated electrical equipment.

• Equipped with pressure gauge and digital vacuum gauge.

•Equipped with special SF6 ball valve for vacuum and pressure, sealing element with automatic compensation performance.

• Fixed and steerable wheels with power phase sequence switching.

•With SF6 cylinder carrying function (TXJ-40ID type only)

• Optional retrofit with closed housing.

This package solution is suitable for 10-35KV outdoor service, not suitable for factory production process.

The inflation pressure of this set scheme is 0.16Mpa;

This kit solution fully considers the portability of the field and uses an oil-free vacuum pump.

This set can be flexibly combined, and can be combined with inflatable cabinets, gas cylinders, vacuum trolleys, etc. through the "five-way mechanism", and the opening and closing control of pipelines can be realized through the hand valve.

The kit can also be used alone with an inflatable kit or as a separate vacuuming trolley.
