Performance:

• GS-1 vacuum pump special oil after deep processing, cutting, aromatic hydrocarbon and gum components content is small, to avoid oil deterioration by heat deterioration pyrolysis, excellent high temperature resistance, so that the vacuum pump under long-term high temperature use is cleaner;

• Low saturated vapor pressure, no vacuum limit pressure affected by the rise of pump body and oil temperature;

•  high-speed vacuum pump oil has good demulsibility and foam resistance, and realizes oil-water separation;

• Good oxidation stability, avoid vacuum deterioration caused by oil oxidation, and prolong oil change intervals.

Notes:

•  GS-1 high-speed vacuum pump oil discharge container must be clean, and it is strictly forbidden to expose to sunlight and store in the open air. The storage location needs to be kept dark, dry and low temperature, and the water and mechanical impurities and dust should be mixed in;

• When  Oil GS-1 high-speed vacuum pump oil is taken or loaded with oil, the dust around the container lid must be removed to prevent debris from mixing into the oil, resulting in friction with the pump components;

• high-speed vacuum pump oil should be equipped with special refueling tools, and containers containing other oils or solvents should not be used;

• Different grades and varieties of oil cannot be mixed, and new and old oils cannot be mixed.
