Mass spectrometer
The mass spectrometer has both electronic and chemical ionization sources
Electronic ionization source (EI) and chemical ionization source (PCI) can be quickly switched, effectively reducing the detection value of extremely low quantitative analysis, pesticide detection, qualitative and quantitative analysis of explosives
High precision ion optical system
The ionization source is controlled by a highly stable current source. Within 30 minutes of measurement, the maximum error of the electron flow is only 0.02uA. In addition, there is a voltage compensation design, which makes the optical system of this product have a good signal-to-noise ratio, sensitivity and resolution.
High precision quadrupole analyzer and vertical focusing detector
EWAI has mastered the production technology of high-precision base components and added innovative patented design inventions. For example, the special patented invention used by the quadrupole can provide good resolution, transmission rate and frequency response. The vertical focus detector system and parabolic electron multiplier use advanced mirror polishing technology (thanks to the local rapid mobile phone precision processing technology) to significantly reduce the background interference of neutral noise and filament photons, thus providing a high level of hardness. High speed digital sampling circuit and advanced analog circuit design
The digital circuit of GC-MS-3200 adopts an FPGA with a frequency of 100MHz to ensure high-speed sampling frequency and maintain the relative transmission rate of target ions at high speed. In addition, in the design of the analog circuit, special emphasis is placed on the design of the preamplifier, so that the linear dynamic range of the GC-MS-3200 can reach 10 ^ 5, which is why the measurement range of the GC-MS-3200, from 10 ^ - 12g to 10 ^ - 7g, can maintain good linearity.
